Terms & Conditions for Everest Summit Jatra 2025

By registering for the Everest Summit Jatra, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Inclusions: Your registration includes all specified programs outlined in the event agenda, including learning sessions, domestic transportation, transfers, meals, and social events from March 6th to March 9th, 2025.

  2. Exclusions: The registration fee does not cover international airfare, airport transfers outside the event dates (March 6th-9th, 2025), accommodation, travel insurance, or any personal expenses.

  3. Eligibility: Attendance at the Everest Summit Jatra 2025 is exclusively for registered and active Global Members of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), their partners, and children aged 18 and above.

  4. Refund and Transfer Policy:

    - No refunds will be provided once registration is completed.

    - Registrants may transfer their registration to another EO member no later than February 1st, 2025. The original registrant is solely responsible for arranging the transfer.

    - If a registered member or SLP does not attend the event, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

  5. Videography & Photography Policy: By attending the event, you grant permission for photographs and videos to be taken and recorded throughout the event for advertising, publicity, commercial, promotional, or other business purposes. These images and recordings may be used at the discretion of the organizers across various promotional materials and channels without additional notification.

  6. Insurance: All attendees are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel and health insurance. The registration fee does not include any form of insurance coverage.

  7. Force Majeure: In the event that the summit is canceled due to government regulations or any kind of ACT OF GOD, the event will be canceled without liability.
