Welcome to Kathmandu! From 12pm onwards, register and settle in before we kick things off with a visit to the majestic Boudhanath Stupa—a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of peace. Here, a spiritual welcome awaits you as hundreds of monks chant in unison, filling the air with a deep, resonant energy that marks the beginning of something truly special. As the sun sets, we gather at the Hyatt Regency for a warm welcome dinner. Then it’s off to Taragaon Next, where cocktails, conversations, and EO camaraderie will light up the night. The journey begins—full of spirit, soul, and style!

Day 2 will kick off with two options; both equally amazing. Group A will take a helicopter ride for a bucket-list worthy Everest champagne breakfast. You will get to enjoy epic views, crisp air, and bubbly in a location at 3,700m which is surrounded by breathtaking 360-degree views of towering peaks, including the iconic Mount Everest. Group B will engage in curated MyEO events. You can partake in a yoga session with a Tibetan singing bowl healing experience, or enjoy a relaxing round of golf in our famed Gokarna Resort, or sweat it out on a guided cycling tour through the narrow streets of old Kathmandu and our heritage trails. In the afternoon, both groups will come together to dive into an inspiring learning session with our guest speakers. In the evening, you will enjoy warm hospitality and an amazing dinner in an intimate setting at homes of our EO Nepal members. The night wraps up at the Rox Bar in Hyatt where live music and good vibes keep the party going.

Today is Group B’s turn to soar for the Everest Champagne Breakfast, while others dive into the curated MyEO activities. In the afternoon, another exciting learning session awaits. In the evening, as the day winds down, it’s time for tradition and elegance. Don traditional Nepali attire and head to one of the historic Durbar Squares in the valley for a magical gala dinner. Under the stars, you will be surrounded by ancient palaces, cultural performances, and timeless grandeur. The night will close back at the Hyatt for one final after-party—a perfect crescendo to a spectacular weekend.

Wrap up your journey with a final chance to experience the Everest Champagne Breakfast (if you missed it earlier). Or sleep in, relax, and soak in the Kathmandu vibes one last time. You can enjoy a leisurely morning at the spa, strolls the streets of Kathmandu, or do your last-minute shopping. Check-out by noon.
